Purchasing on Android - Please read first if you have not received your purchase!
Currently, we are seeing a higher volume of purchases via the Google Play store which are being cancelled by Google Play. These cancellations happen at the discretion of Google Play, not Kabam, and we are unable to affect whether or not your payment is accepted by Google Play. If you have made a purchase in-game which you have not yet received, we strongly advise logging into your Google Play account (play.google.com) to see if your purchase has been declined. Please note that these cancelled purchases often cause a temporary authorization hold on your payment method, but that that hold is temporary and will disappear within a few business days.
When this happens, we advise contacting Google Play support directly to resolve any issues with your payment account.
